Transfer Contracts Agreement
The bookings of our services can and shall be done in writing (E-Mail), and /or verbal (Telephone), at least 24 hours before the schedule transfer, and upon confirmation by Jollyride Berlin. Spontaneous bookings shall be treated also, accordingly.
The execution of the booked transfer shall be made exclusively by Jollyride Berlin driver, and according to the given information i.e. Name of the passengers, No. of passengers, pick up address and time, and the destination, among others. Luggage shall be transported in a moderate and considerate size (One Luggage and Hand luggage per passenger). Any Extra luggage or luggage that does not fit in at the back of the vehicle shall be charged extra.
Jollyride is obliged to execute the transfer service as good as possible, but according to the traffic rules and regulations (PBefG, StVO, Bokraft, BGB.), and as the traffic situation and conditions allows. The passenger is obliged to observe all traffic rules and regulations, as regard safety, at all time.
In case of unavailability of the vehicle or a delay by driver at agreed pick up address and time, passenger must contact Jollyride Berlin immediately for possible solutions. Jollyride Berlin therefore advice that the passenger leave their telephone on and working on arrival, for better communication with the driver, should there be a need for that.
Jollyride Berlin shall not be liable for any cost incurred in taking an alternative transportation means without prior notice, and full cost of the bookings shall be paid to Jollyride as agreed upon, notwithstanding.
The passenger is obliged to inform Jollyride Berlin of any eventual changes in transfer (time, address, among others) as soon as possible, either in written (e-mail) or through telephone. Confirmation of the transfer order is binding on both parties and stand as a transfer guarantee for the passenger.

Price and payment
The price shall be fixed (unless extra cost accrued), as agreed upon before the transfer and shall be paid either cash to the driver or by Bank transfer. In case of Bank transfer, the payments shall be made within 5 working days after the transfer service, and upon prior agreement with Jollyride Berlin.
As the case may be or warranted, Jollyride Berlin holds the right to take an advance payment.
3.
Cancellation of transfer order
Any cancellation made before 24 hours prior to the transfer schedule shall incur no cost i.e. no charge, otherwise, cancellation made within 24 hours, shall incur the full cost of the transfer.
4.
Delayed Arrival
Jollyride Berlin shall monitor flight arrival time (if flight details are given), however in case of any delay in flight arrival, the driver shall wait for a considerable time, but not more than 60 minutes after flight arrival, otherwise extra commensurate cost shall be charged.
Moreover, passenger is obliged and advice to know and monitor flight departure time, and leave enough time for the transfer to the Airport, Train or Bus stations. Jollyride shall hold no responsibilities for a missed flight, or similar journey.
5.
General
Jollyride Berlin holds the right to change, modifies and actualizes the terms and conditions of transfer, as deems fit and necessary.
